I did not burn at all, it worked as great during sun and especially after sun. I had a history of bad burns, even one that lasted 3 weeks before, so for this to not have me burn was so revolutionary. During the sun, it keeps skin fully well-hydrated, excellent preventative care. A tip for when in prolonged periods in the sun is to drink plenty of water, well this is definitely like water for thirsty skin cells exposed to heat of the sun, quenching their thirst so they don't get scorched, as well. Thank you so much Ron Nadine! loving the sun This is a really unique product....I have read a lot about red raspberry and how it is good for your skin, especially in regards to sun damage and even the ability to reverse abnormal cells.....so I was very intrigued to try this one. I can't say that it prevented me from burning as I did experience some....but it quickly transformed itself nearly overnight to a tan and it does give a more bronzed look, which is quite nice. It makes your skin incredibly soft and nourished...I really like this product :) My Skin Drinks It In I used this product on my vacation in Florida. I applied it before, during and after the sun and my skin came home beautiful. I mix a squirt into my all over lotion and my skin looks glowing and singing. Love that sunshine! This little bottle went with my family and I all over Canada. We loved it!!! We all came home from our travels and everyone couldn't believe the nice deep broze colored tans we had. We are not a particularily dark bunch. My husband is a red head and the rest of us are blonde. But we didn't burn and we didn't get that leathery look either. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how long my tan would last. It's nearing the end of January and I've spent very little time in the sun since October and I still have some color! Too cool! Can't wait for this summer to come! the best sun product ever I know I review a lot of living libation products, but this one deserves a thousand stars! I tend to freckle and out of fear wear lots of sunscreen. Well fear no more! This weekend I went to the beach and mixed this product with salt water and WOW, I got nice color, I didn't burn, and my skin feels amazing. Where has this been all my life? This is an essential for everyone this summer. I also love the one with zinc for face, I can't say enough good things about everybody loves the sunshine, it's brilliant. I just wish I had this years ago...now Nadine please make a product for evening pigmentation so those of us who didn't have this years ago can look as beautiful as you :) Very effective so far :-) I just started using this, summer comes in random bursts here in Ireland and it hasn't gone beyond 20 degrees C, but so far so good, it smells lovely, the lemony, gingery turmeric scents come through and it softens to smell quite floral, on my skin at least. It protected my skin well, I had to reapply it often, as I caught the sun a bit when I wasn't diligent enough. My skin is darker than the average Irish skin, so if you're pale, i think it would be wise to apply often. A little goes a very long way. I put it on after sun exposure too and it leaves my skin really well moisturized, I'm really happy to have found this blend, thanks! Sun and skin synergizer This one of my most favourite skin loving product in the world! Smells so divine, a bit more deep & 'herby', a little less sweet than Seabuckthorn Best Skin. Most of all it works! I was skeptical when I first ordered it since I've never used a 100% plant based sun harmonizer before- but I was looking for an affordable, cleaner alternative than all the other sunscreen I've used. I have medium golden/olive skin, but can still get sunburns more so when my skin haven't seen the sun for awhile. I used this all over on the first hot day after winter. It was 26 C degrees and was picnicking under the sun for several hours with no sunburn & sensitivities in sight! I’ve had issues with other creams causing irritation around my eyes. So opting for no cream was the best for awhile. Then I believe I had some perioral dermatitis (it appeared to be similar if not that) that I think popped up after hydrocortisone use, and the time before after use of a steroid when I had covid. It’s been 1 week since I’ve been using this combo and the irritation around my eyes is diminishing. I also put the serum around my nose where the perioral dermatitis is and it seems to be getting better also. The eye cream hasn’t caused any new irritation like other creams either! I can’t recommend LL to enough people, I’m such a big advocate when I love something. These products aren’t only “clean” they are nourishing!!!
