Syntol contains a combination of probiotics, prebiotics and enzymes to be the first and only gentle yeast cleanse of its kind.
Probiotic bacteria favorably alter the intestinal microflora balance, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and yeast colonies, promote good digestion, boost immune function, and increase resistance to infection. People with flourishing intestinal colonies of beneficial bacteria are better equipped to fight the growth of disease-causing bacteria. Prebiotics are soluble fibers that stimulate the growth and activity of beneficial flora. Syntol contains IMO as its prebiotic which is completely resistant to bodily digestion, able to pass safely through the stomach and into the intestine where it stimulates the growth of probiotics and bifidobacteria by fermenting and creating the ideal conditions for microflora colonization. The enzyme yeast cleanse is beneficial for the breaking down of dead and decaying yeast. This allows the body to remove the toxic yeast before it has a chance to ferment and release chemicals such as formaldehyde that are known to cause uncomfortable detox symptoms.
There is a single layer of cells between the bloodstream and the digestive waste products in our intestines. When the intestines are inhabited with normal, healthy bacterial flora, this close proximity is not a problem. The powerful digestive immune system is designed to swiftly remove toxins when a threat to the body is detected. The more waste that accumulates from a poor diet, low-grade inflammation, and/or abnormal or pathogenic bacteria, the bigger the challenge to determine what is helpful or harmful. The result of waste accumulating in the intestines will increase immune complexing and autoimmune reactivity throughout the body. Syntol directly addresses these causative factors with proteolytic enzymes and probiotics to break down harmful proteins and yeast, remove pathogens and normalize intestinal bacterial flora.
Syntol contains 3 Billion CFUs (Colony Forming Units) of various non-competing strains of bacteria. One of these strains is the potent B. subtilis that is a spore forming bacteria. Spore germination is a dependable means of delivering healthy flora to the intestine in less than ideal conditions. Most bacteria are susceptible to any acidic pH range, mainly thriving in the more alkaline lower GI, but spores are able to withstand a broader range of variables in regards to pH and temperature ranges. This improves the chances that the probiotic strain will properly germinate and begin the process of restoring intestinal balance.
Candida Case Study
Study Shows Syntol Natural Anti-fungal Kills Yeast without Side Effects
There's good news for both men and women wanting to support healthy candida levels.* Syntol AMD a new enzyme-based probiotic formula, aids in promoting normal systemic candida amounts without the occasional discomfort associated with cleanses.* Herbal cleanses can be effective, but often cause undesirable die-off symptoms.* Researchers specifically studied the enzymes that develop on dead yeast in laboratory settings. Similar enzymes were then reproduced, concentrated and added to our Syntol® formula. These enzymes are attracted to dying candida cells where they dissolve or digest it away.* Syntol uses very specific enzymes and probiotic strains, selected for their cleansing and immune enhancing properties.* These probiotics produce peroxide and other substances that are toxic to yeast.* Syntol is one of the only gentle yeast cleanses on the market.*
About Candidiasis
If left untreated, an overgrowth of intestinal Candida albicans can become parasitic, robbing the body of vital nutrients in addition to developing rhizoids (plant-like roots) that penetrate and attach themselves to the inside of the intestinal wall. Rhizoids can eventually lead to leaky gut syndrome (LGS), which involves the dispersion of undigested food and microscopic bowel particulates seeping into the bloodstream. Aside from the candida, leaky gut can trigger a destructive pro-inflammatory autoimmune response.*
Candida in the Blood
“Current medical thought is that if candida exists at all in the blood then participants are suffering from serious medical illness and are near death,” Dr. Bajon says. “Nearly 80 percent of the people who come to see me have at least trace amounts of circulating Candida albicans in their blood, proving at least to me that blood isn’t at all sterile. These people are very uncomfortable with effects on their neurological, emotional, and gastrointestinal systems, but they are far from death,” he adds. The number-one cause of candidiasis is the overuse of prescription antibiotics. Antibiotics, while killing harmful bacteria, also kill the healthy intestinal bacteria that normally keep yeast in check. Yeast thrives on sugars and complex and refined carbohydrates, which simply add fuel to the fire. Dr. Bajon explains, “Although complex carbohydrates and fruits high in fructose are a healthy addition to a high fiber diet, many people are intolerant to such foods. Intolerance to these healthy carbohydrates is referred to as complex carbohydrate intolerance or CCI. CCI can lead to uncomfortable and embarrassing gastroenterological symptoms. Many nutritionists believe that it’s the gluten fractions in these foods that affect the immune systems. CCI and even celiac disease sufferers can further aggravate a leaky gut with sugar and carbs. These foods stimulate unfriendly critters like candida to multiply in the gut.”*
The Study
Dr. Bajon was the leading researcher on the latest study on Syntol, formulated to be the first and only “gentle” yeast cleanse of its kind. The study involved an in-depth analysis of live blood samples in participants suffering from moderate to severe symptoms of candidiasis. Using the Crook Candida Yeast Test by Dr. William G. Crook, an authority in the area of candida yeast infections, Dr. Bajon screened some 20 participants before selecting his ideal test patients. After scoring the test results, he evaluated the nine participants who likely had the highest instance of candida based on their scores. The live blood analysis was performed at 1,000 magnifications and enlarged to over 10,000 times. Dr. Bajon selected the most severe cases to complete the study. The participants were divided into three groups of two—moderate, severe, and extreme. They were given 6, 9, and 12 Syntol capsules daily respectively for a period of 45 days. Each participant returned every 2 weeks for follow-up blood analysis and to quantify the regression of candida concentrations in the blood. No placebo or other drugs were administered during the study.*
Results
The study showed that the use of Syntol significantly reduced and sometimes completely eliminated Candida albicans in the bloodstream. Participants showed significant improvements in:
Gastrointestinal symptoms including abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, burping/flatulence, stomach discomfort, and acid reflux.*
Toxicity symptoms including headaches, excessive fatigue, muscle weakness, insomnia, low sex drive, chronic pain, and blurred and spotted vision.*
Emotional health including anxiety, mood swings, irritability, inability to think clearly or concentrate, and poor memory.*
Food cravings including sweets, lack of satiety, and general over-eating.*
“We had some great results,” Dr. Bajon reports. “Most importantly, Syntol killed candida gently without a die-off or lash back. Arthur Andrew Medical, makers of Syntol, specifically studied the enzymes that develop on dead yeast in laboratory settings. Similar enzymes were then reproduced, concentrated and added into the Syntol formula. These enzymes are attracted to dying candida cells where they dissolve or digest it away.
“Fermenting yeast can produce 79 distinct toxins including acetylaldehydes. Acetylaldehydes are toxic chemicals similar to formaldehyde that accumulate in joints, muscles, spinal and brain tissues,” says Dr. Stephan Cooter, PhD, in his book Beating Chronic Disease. Anti-fungal drugs kill yeast, but leave it to die inside the body that can produce toxins and flu-like symptoms. Fermenting yeast can quickly be eliminated and digested with certain enzymes.
Candida Participant Before Syntol
High concentrations of Candida, shown as mold clumps and surrounded by white irregularly shaped dots (elevated white blood cells), were seen in the plasma. Patient had serious symptoms such as chronic fatigue, poor memory, dizziness, muscle pain, vaginal yeast with itching, burning and rashes, blurred and spotted vision, abdominal bloating and insomnia. Patient also craved for sweets.
Candida Participant 45 Days After Syntol
Blood plasma was observed to be free of Candida albicans and has normal white blood cells (fighter cells). Patient noticed an increase in energy levels, higher than what was attained in 10 years. Itching, burning and appearance of rashes lessened. Normal vision and digestion were observed. Patient lost approximately 12 pounds and craving for foods with high sugar content diminished. Patient sleeps soundly and wakes up more refreshed with less foul odor in the mouth.
Syntol and Yeast
Syntol promotes a healthy balance of Candida albicans while delivering healthy bacteria to the gut without the Herxheimer reaction. Yeast can trick the body into craving simple carbohydrates and sugar, which can create havoc on individuals trying to make healthy food choices and manage weight. Daily supplementation of Syntol AMD may support a shift away from dietary carbohydrates and sugar preferences. “It is hoped that the results of the study will provide valuable information to individuals and clinicians on the effectiveness of Syntol AMD supplementation,” concludes Dr. Bajon.
Long-term Results
After 45 days using the therapeutic protocol set up by Arthur Andrew Medical, makers of Syntol, all participants showed virtually zero or trace amounts of candida in their blood. Symptomatic side effects had all been abated and virtually no symptoms of candida were further experienced by all participants. Some of the participants noticed a significant weight loss as a result of reduced food cravings. The study proved to be an important documented breakthrough in our learning more about naturally and effectively controlling this insidious organism.

Supplement Facts
(IMO) Isomalto-Oligosaccharide (prebiotic)
IMO is a natural, certified organic prebiotic fiber, providing low calorie and soluble prebiotic fiber for human digestive health. IMO is non-GMO, sugar-free and gluten-free. When IMO enters the large intestine, it is fermented by the indigenous bacteria, providing fertilization of beneficial microflora. It has been clinically shown to greatly increase the number of indigenous bacteria in the digestive tract. In addition to being Kosher and Halal, our IMO products are FDA GRAS and approved by Health Canada. Clinical studies have shown IMO to be the least flatulent in comparison to inulin and FOS.
B. subtilis
Bacillus subtilis is a spore forming bacteria that is widely used as a fungicide. The bacteria colonize the root system of the fungus, leaving no room for fungal disease organisms.
L. helvecticus
Lactobacillus helvecticus is a probiotic that stimulates the immune and digestive system, controls diarrhea, reduces lactose intolerance and can inhibit unfriendly bacteria.
S. boulardii
Saccharomyces boulardii is a non-systemic and non-pathogenic yeast originally found in the skins of the lychee and mangosteen fruits. This yeast is an important probiotic that can help to recolonize and sustain flora in the large and small intestine, with a remarkable ability to control various forms of diarrhea.
L. acidophilus
Lactobacillus acidophilus is a healthy bacteria that produces hydrogen peroxide, lactic acid and other substances that create an acidic, unfriendly environment for harmful organisms.
L. rhamnosus
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a lactic acid producing bacterial strain that is known for its ability to survive in the highly acidic conditions of the stomach as well as the intestines.
L. plantarum
Lactobacillus plantarum is a lactic acid producing bacteria that prevents harmful bacteria from attaching to the mucosal lining and competes for the nutrients the bad bacteria need to survive.
L. lactis
Lactobacillus lactis is a gram-positive bacteria that ferments milk sugar to lactic acid and adds synergistic support to the probiotic blend as a whole.
B. bifidum
Bifidobacterium bifidum naturally inhabits the colon and vagina, and is a very potent probiotic for the balance of microflora in the intestines.
Digestive Yeast Cleanse
Syntol uses the extremely potent blend of protease (protein digesting), cellulase and hemicellulase (cellulose digesting), glucoamylase and amylase (breaks down sugars), and serratiopeptidase. These enzymes strip away the Candida's protective protein shell and begin digesting its cellular infrastructure. Syntol contains this powerful intestinal cleanse to assist in the removal of dead yeast and other bad bacteria from the body. This will protect the body from experiencing detox symptoms from toxins typically given off from the elimination of yeast.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Syntol?
Syntol AMD is a powerful combination of non-competing probiotics and prebiotics that facilitate an extremely oxygen-rich environment, preventing the growth of yeast colonies and providing the perfect conditions for indigenous bacterial growth. In addition, Syntol AMD also contains a powerful enzyme blend that is capable of removing dead yeast, bad bacteria and toxins from the body.
What are Probiotics?
Probiotics are medically referred to as a group of “friendly bacteria”, or “microflora”. Probiotic bacteria favorably alter the intestinal microflora balance, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, promote good digestion, boost immune function, and increase resistance to infection. People with flourishing intestinal colonies of beneficial bacteria are better equipped to fight the growth of disease-causing bacteria and pathogens, and inhibit the negative effects of constant antibiotic overexposure.
What are Prebiotics?
Prebiotics are essentially the food source for probiotics. Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that pass through your digestive tract until they reach the large intestine, where they then feed the beneficial microflora. Supplementing with a prebiotic such as IMO (contained in Syntol) on its own has been clinically shown to increase the body's levels of natural microflora. Supplementing prebiotics together with probiotics provides one's body with the best opportunity to regain gastrointestinal and immune health.
Why Syntol?
Syntol contains 3.4 billion CFU’s of 100% complementary microflora and spore-germinating probiotics per capsule. To stimulate the growth and activity of the probiotics, IMO, a non-digestible fiber has been added as a prebiotic. In addition to beneficial microflora, Syntol also contains a powerful enzyme blend designed to clear yeast and other unwanted debris out of the intestinal tract, making Syntol much stronger than competing yeast cleanses on the market. Syntol is the only of its kind, containing prebiotics, probiotics and an enzyme blend all in one capsule.
How Does Syntol Work?
Syntol AMD uses spore germination technology, a revolutionary new process that delivers probiotic spores rather than living bacteria. Probiotic spores are dormant life forms that protect the bacteria from acidic conditions, as well as extreme heat and cold. These spores, along with the potent probiotics, attach themselves to the inside of the intestinal mucosa and begin to germinate, allowing for complete microflora colonization. In addition, the enzyme yeast cleanse will help to break down any dead fungus or toxic materials remaining in the intestinal tract, allowing for a complete eradication of unwanted debris.
What is Candida?
Various strains of candida are naturally found in the human body. With healthy levels of microflora, these yeast strains live in perfect harmony within the intestine, however, poor diet and other factors can cause candida overgrowth. Some doctors argue that 60 to 80 percent of the US population may be affected by an overgrowth of Candida yeast. Eventually, these yeast strains can begin to turn “parasitic”, robbing our bodies of our resources for their own benefit.
Over time, Candida can begin developing plantlike roots that penetrate and attach themselves to the inside of the intestinal wall. These roots can dig deep enough to cause permeability (leakage) in the intestinal tract and allow toxic material to flow into the blood. Candida is comprised of an outer protective protein layer and primarily cellulose and N-acetyl-glucosamine (Chitin) under it, making it very difficult for the body to break down and eliminate naturally. Syntol contains a powerful enzyme blend necessary to strip away the protective protein shell and begin digesting the cellular infrastructure of the Candida.
Do I Need To Take Syntol Forever?
For therapeutic benefit, most people find that a minimum of one month of supplementation is necessary, with the best results occurring one to two months thereafter. Many people find that a maintenance dose of Syntol is a great addition to their daily regimen to keep their body in balance once healthy.
Does Syntol Need To Be Refrigerated?
Refrigeration of Syntol is not necessary. The advanced spore germination technology and freeze dried bacterial strains allow for a shelf stable product. However, it is important to store probiotics in a cool and dry place.
Is Syntol Safe?
No serious or adverse side effects have been reported from taking probiotics or enzymes such as those in Syntol.

Instructions for making Easy Skyr Yogurt
To activate your starter, make the initial batch with a sachet of starter culture.
You'll need a yogurt maker, a sous-vide, or a similar appliance OR an insulated flask/Thermos, to maintain a warm temperature to incubate the yogurt. The yogurt needs to be sufficiently warm for several hours.
It's normal for the first batch to come out weaker. This is the activation batch. You can consume it and use it to make your next batch. Fermentation will get stronger in the next few cycles.
Remember to save ¼ cup of the resulting yogurt to use as a starter for your next batch. Repeat this many times to make yogurt again and again!
Makes: up to 1 quart/liter of yogurtPreparation time: 10 minutes (+ 8 hours incubating in an appliance, and up to 24 hours, if needed, if not using an appliance)
You’ll need:
A yogurt maker, sous-vide, or similar device OR a well-insulated flask/Thermos that holds up to 1 quart/liter, and an insulated box
Up to 1 quart/liter dairy milk
1 sachet of Easy Skyr Yogurt Starter (or ¼ cup of yogurt made with our Easy Skyr Yogurt Starter)
A thermometer
Optional: Cheesecloth or ultra-fine mesh plastic/nylon strainer.
4 easy steps:
WARM: If using ultra-pasteurized milk, gently heat it to 110°F (43°C) − boiling is not necessary. If using milk that has not been ultra-pasteurized, slowly heat it to 212°F (100°C), stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Once heated, remove from heat and allow it to cool to 110°F (43°C) before proceeding.
MIX: Pour into the yogurt maker's container or insulated flask/Thermos and gently stir in 1 sachet of Easy Skyr Yogurt Starter (or ¼ cup of yogurt made with Easy Skyr Yogurt Starter) until completely dissolved. Do not whisk.
INCUBATE: If using a yogurt maker or similar appliance: Place the container in the yogurt maker, cover, and follow the appliance's instructions (or incubate at 110°F (43°C) for 8 hours). If the yogurt hasn't thickened, extend the incubation for 2-4 more hours, checking every 2 hours. Don't disturb the yogurt while incubating. If using a flask or Thermos: Close the lid, wrap with a blanket, towel, coat, sweater, or similar insulation on all sides, including top and bottom, and place in an insulated coolbox or styrofoam box. Incubate for 8-10 hours, and several more hours (up to 24) if the texture hasn't thickened. Don't disturb the yogurt while incubating.
STORE: When the yogurt has thickened and has a pleasantly tangy flavor, it's ready. Secure the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set. The yogurt will continue to firm up as it chills. Keep the finished yogurt refrigerated.
OPTIONAL: After refrigeration, strain the yogurt using a cheesecloth or ultra-fine mesh plastic/nylon strainer to make it even thicker and to increase the ratio of protein. When the liquid (known as whey) is removed from the yogurt via straining, the remaining protein becomes more concentrated.
Make subsequent batches (many times over!): Once you've made your first yogurt, repeat the previous steps, but use ¼ cup of your finished yogurt as your starter culture (instead of a sachet). This is called ʻreculturingʼ, and you can repeat it many times to make homemade yogurt again and again. For optimal results, reculture within two weeks
FAQs
What kind of milk should I use? Any type of pasteurized or ultra-pasteurized dairy milk (skim, 1%, 2%, or whole). You can add a splash of Half & Half or cream, but don’t use all cream or Half & Half as it doesn’t have enough lactose for the bacteria to form yogurt. Goat milk may yield thin results. We haven’t tested shelf-stable, raw, or dairy-free options.
Is the starter dairy-free/lactose-free? No, the starter may contain traces of dairy, is manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing dairy, and is designed to ferment dairy. That said, the presence of dairy in the starter is minuscule. The starter is comprised almost entirely of freeze-dried bacterial strains, with just a trace of dried organic skim milk powder as the medium on which the strains are proliferated. The tiny amount of milk powder that remains after proliferation is packaged with the strains and is metabolized when you make yogurt, during fermentation, so practically, almost none remains in the finished yogurt. That said, if you’re looking for a dairy-free option, you will need to decide whether this is suitable for you. Please note that we haven't tested our starter with dairy-free beverages.
Is there a carrier in the starter? Not really. The starter is comprised almost entirely of freeze-dried strains, with just a trace of dried organic skim milk powder as the medium on which the strains are proliferated. The tiny amount of milk powder that remains after proliferation is packaged with the strains, with no additional carrier.
What’s the difference between the Greek and Skyr yogurt starters? Both Greek and Skyr are heirloom (self-perpetuating and traditional), and yield thick, mild, and creamy yogurts, with some variation in texture and flavor. They originate in different parts of Europe and contain slightly different types of species, and slightly different proportions of each species. Please do not ferment them together; they are two distinct products. The composition of combined batches has not been tested.
How can I make my yogurt thicker/high-protein? After refrigeration, strain the yogurt using a cheesecloth, towel, or an ultra-fine mesh plastic strainer. When the liquid (known as whey) is removed via straining, the remaining protein becomes more concentrated. Higher fat milk will naturally yield thicker results. Goat and low fat milk will yield thin results. Use whole milk. You can add a splash of cream or Half & Half (known outside the USA as 'coffee cream' or similar, and made of part cream part milk). Donʼt use only cream or Half & Half, as they may not have enough lactose to form yogurt. Even if not fully firm, the yogurt will firm up in the refrigerator overnight.
My yogurt is still liquid after incubation. Your jar may have been too cold. You could try placing it in a container filled with warm water (not hot), or next to a warmed-up neck-heating pad (like the ones used for pain relief). Change the water (or re-heat the pad) once it cools, as necessary. Check the yogurt after a couple of hours, without disturbing it. If this is the activation batch (when you use starter from a sachet), your yogurt may not be fully set. It will firm up in the refrigerator. It's normal for the first batch to come out weaker. Fermentation will get stronger in the next few cycles. Low-fat and goat milk yield thin results. When incubating without an appliance, use a good-quality, well-insulated, sturdy stainless steel flask/Thermos (or a glass jar), and make sure it's well-wrapped on all sides, including top and bottom, and placed in an insulated box. The aim is to keep the yogurt warm enough for incubation to occur. Always follow the instructions closely, including recommended ingredients.
There's some translucent liquid in my jar. This is either natural condensation, or whey that occurs naturally in dairy fermentation. It will subside in the refrigerator.
Can I make yogurt if I don't have a device or insulated flask? Yes. Use a quart glass jar and follow the Thermos instructions. Make sure to keep the jar warm during incubation. For that, you could use a container filled with warm water (not hot) or a warmed-up neck-heating pad like the ones used for pain relief, and change the water (or re-heat the pad) once it cools, as necessary. Keep the jar as insulated as possible.
Why do we heat pasteurized milk? To eliminate any competing bacteria, and to denature the protein so that it forms a thicker curd. Ultra-pasteurized milk should only be warmed up to 110°F (fermentation temperature).
How to prevent the milk from scorching? Keep stirring even when using a non-stick pot. Another effective method is the double-boiler, which provides indirect heat. To use this method, place your milk in a smaller pot, and place that pot inside a larger pot filled with water. This way, you won't be heating the milk directly. Make sure the water level does not exceed the bottom of the smaller pot. Keep stirring the milk as it heats up.
How to ensure the starter powder dissolves in the jar? Mix it well with a spoon. One trick is to mix the powder in a smaller jar with a smaller quantity of milk, and then add the mixture back into the main jar, stirring well to combine.
I let the milk cool too much. What should I do? Gently heat the milk back to 110°F (43°C) and then add the starter and proceed with the rest of the process.
Can I whisk the starter into the milk? Whisking introduces bubbles that may slow down fermentation. Use a spoon to mix in the starter until completely dissolved.
What if the temperature drops while incubating? The yogurt needs to be sufficiently warm for several hours for incubation to occur. While 110°F is ideal, fermentation will occur at a range of about 104 -110°F. One trick is to pour the milk into the Thermos when the milk is just over 110°F. The contact with the Thermos will drop the temperature a little. It's normal for the temperature to slowly decrease if not using a device. Keep the Thermos well-wrapped and insulated, and do not disturb the contents while incubating. If you don't have an insulated box, you can place your Thermos inside a well-insulated appliance such as the microwave or oven without switching it on, just to provide insulation.
Should I secure the lid while incubating? It doesn't really matter whether the lid is secure or loose, or if you just use the device's cover, or even just a towel or similar. The idea is to minimize heat loss and prevent unwarranted contaminants from entering the jar. While the bacteria in this starter do need some air, the gap between the liquid and the lid, even if secure, should be sufficient.
I want to make larger quantities. Increase quantities only after you have continuous good results. This may take a couple of cycles until the bacteria fully kick into gear. Use your ready yogurt as your starter, without adding starter from the sachet. Keep the ratios in proportion: To make 2 quarts/liters, use 2 quarts/liters of milk and ½ cup of your ready yogurt as your starter.
Why is the yogurt stringy? The bacteria in this yogurt naturally have this effect.
How often should I reculture? Ideally, within two weeks or so.
How many times can I reculture? For as long as your batch thickens and comes out like yogurt.
How long does an unopened sachet of starter keep in the refrigerator? The Best By date is printed on each pouch and sachet. Keep in the refrigerator or freezer until you're ready to use it.
Can I freeze the yogurt? Yes, freezing does not kill the bacteria. You can make ice cream with it, but expect the texture to be grainier. We haven't tested yogurt recultured from a previously-frozen yogurt.
How should I store the yogurt while I'm away? If you plan on consuming/reculturing the yogurt within a couple of weeks, keep it in the fridge. Flavor and texture may change over time. When you get back, check if it's still good. If you use it to make a new batch, you may need to extend culturing time and/or use more of your existing yogurt (as a starter) to let the bacteria catch up by proliferation. It may take a few cycles to return to full vigor. If the new batch turns out fine, keep using it. If not, discard, and use a new starter from a sachet to start over. We haven't tested yogurt recultured from a previously-frozen yogurt.
Do you ship to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico? Yes. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are the same as to any address within the contiguous USA. We use ambient shipping (non-refrigerated and without ice). Our starters are designed to remain active for several weeks in transit in hot weather, without refrigeration or ice. The formula and the packaging provide excellent protection for the live strains. See "I live in a hot place. Is the starter still active if it's shipped unrefrigerated in hot weather?"
I live in a hot place. Is the starter still active if it's shipped unrefrigerated in hot weather? Yes. Our starters are not affected by heat in unrefrigerated transit. They are designed to remain active for several weeks in hot weather, including heatwaves, without refrigeration or ice. The formula and packaging provide excellent protection for the live strains, which are freeze-dried and not heat-sensitive in the sealed packet. We have thoroughly tested this. For this reason, we use ambient shipping, which is significantly less costly for the customer. We keep the starters in a cold warehouse until orders are shipped, and when your order is shipped we send you a tracking number so that you can see when it is due to arrive. Once received, the starter should be refrigerated or frozen for the longterm, and you can use it as normal. It's normal for the first batch to come out weaker. The bacteria take a cycle or two to fully kick into gear. This has nothing to do with the unrefrigerated shipping.
I forgot to refrigerate the starter. Is it still active? This depends on how long the starter has been left at ambient temperature. The starter is designed to remain active for several weeks in hot weather, including heatwaves, without refrigeration or ice, for transit purposes. The formula and packaging provide excellent protection for the live strains. If the delay is much longer and the temperatures are very high, the viability may be affected. If your batch thickens and tastes like yogurt, you're good. It's normal for the first batch to come out weaker. This is the activation batch. Fermentation will get stronger in the next few cycles.
What are the starter's caloric/nutrition facts? These are printed on the back of the pouch. The final yogurt's nutritional values depend on the dairy you use. For example, whole milk will have more fat than skim milk.
Is the starter certified Kosher? No. Our starters are not certified Kosher.
Where is the starter made? In the EU.

Instructions for making Easy Greek Yogurt
1 sachet of Easy Greek Yogurt Starter (or ¼ cup of yogurt made with our Easy Greek Yogurt Starter)
MIX: Pour into the yogurt maker's container or insulated flask/Thermos and gently stir in 1 sachet of Easy Greek Yogurt Starter (or ¼ cup of yogurt made with Easy Greek Yogurt Starter) until completely dissolved.
For optimal results, reculture within two weeks.

Your Ultimate Defense Against Candida Overgrowth
Candida is an opportunistic yeast naturally found in the digestive tract and on the skin. Candida overgrowth in the digestive tract and systemic Candida overgrowth throughout the body can affect every level of health—from your digestion to your mood.
In those with a compromised immune system, Candida overgrowth is the most common infection in intensive care units.1 Candida is also the fourth most common infection picked up at hospitals.2
According to a report published by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Candida is increasingly resistant to drug therapy—making it a “serious threat” to the American public, along with general antibiotic resistance.3
The good news? Candida CLR is designed to combat this growing threat.
With a unique blend of natural ingredients, our formula supports your body's defenses against Candida overgrowth, helping you maintain optimal health and well-being.
How Candida CLR Supports Candida Elimination
Oregano Leaf Powder: A powerful antifungal that inhibits the growth of Candida albicans, helping to prevent and reduce overgrowth. Oregano oil, a key component of oregano leaf, has been shown to disrupt the cell membrane of Candida and inhibit its growth (Force et al., 2000).
Caprylic Acid: A medium-chain fatty acid that penetrates the cell walls of Candida, causing them to rupture and die. Caprylic acid has been demonstrated to effectively reduce Candida colonization in the gut, as evidenced by its ability to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans in vitro (Omura et al., 2001).
LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans): A probiotic that helps restore the balance of good bacteria in the gut, creating an inhospitable environment for Candida overgrowth. Bacillus coagulans produces lactic acid, which lowers the pH of the gut and inhibits the growth of harmful microbes (Hyronimus et al., 2000).
Protease & Cellulase: Enzymes that break down the proteins and cell walls of Candida, effectively reducing its ability to thrive. These enzymes expose Candida to the immune system and other antifungal agents by degrading its protective barriers (Kirkpatrick, 2000).
Aloe Vera: Known for its soothing properties, Aloe Vera helps support the healing of the gut lining, which can be damaged by Candida overgrowth. Aloe Vera also has antifungal properties that can help reduce Candida levels in the gut (Vazquez et al., 1996).
Arabinogalactan: A prebiotic fiber that supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, further helping to control Candida levels. Arabinogalactan enhances the immune response, which can help the body fight off Candida overgrowth (Dion et al., 1996).
Anise Seed: Contains antifungal compounds that aid in the elimination of Candida. Anise seed has been traditionally used to treat digestive issues and may help reduce Candida levels in the gut (Cai et al., 2006).
Black Walnut Hull Powder: Acts as a gentle laxative to help flush Candida and other toxins from the body. Black walnut hulls contain juglone, a compound with potent antifungal properties (Feng et al., 2009).
Reishi Mushroom: Supports the immune system and helps the body adapt to stress, which can be a trigger for Candida overgrowth. Reishi mushroom has immune-modulating effects that can help the body fight off Candida (Lull et al., 2005).
Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For best results, combine Candida CLR with a diet low in sugar and refined carbohydrates, and high in fiber and healthy fats. Remember, a healthy gut is key to a healthy body!
Allergen Warning: Contains tree nuts

Ex. Gut Support, Probiotics, Digestive Aid
GI Distress Relief™ is Body Ecology’s key to high-quality, live probiotic products.
Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are proven to support a healthy digestive system. What many consumers don’t know is that not all probiotics are the same. In fact, not all probiotics make it to your gut intact! The type of strains of bacteria and yeasts in your probiotics matter. You need something strong, resilient, and most importantly, effective.
Our formula contains a superstar blend of microscopic strains of specific bacteria and yeast. This superstar blend is more likely to survive the acidic journey through the stomach and into the colon, which may help rejuvenate your overall gut health. (1)
Fact: GI Distress Relief™ contains 50 billion good microscopic alchemists per serving. Forty billion Bifidobacteria -- made up of two proven Bifidus lactis (Howaru HN019 and Bl-04) strains -- combined with 10 billion S. boulardii -- a beneficial yeast that helps fight candida -- are ready and able to reach and colonize your GI tract.
Healthy Gut, Healthy Life: Give Your Gut The Support It Needs
Gut health has been connected to digestion, mood, overall health, immunity, and even the way people think! Taking the time to heal your gut is a sure path to improving overall health. The first step is to understand what conditions you may be suffering from. The second step is to take a probiotic that offers the right strains of bacteria and yeast that are known to promote a healthy gut microbiome.
As we continue to learn more about microbiomes (this is the collection of microbes that live inside and on our bodies that keep us healthy), scientists are realizing the complexity of our microbiomes and how certain strains of bacteria in the same species can have significantly different characteristics and properties.
For example:
Within the species of Bifidus, the Bifidus lactis strain Howaru has been shown to help resolve irritable bowel disease. (2)
Not all strains of Bifidus have this ability.
Most importantly, some strains of bacteria, viruses, or yeast in a species can survive the long journey through your digestive tract, and some can’t. Some secrete certain substances that are useful to other microbes living in the same area, and some within the same species can be harmful. This is also true for yeast. When choosing a probiotic, you must choose one that provides strains that can make the journey and support the overall health of your gut.
For example:
Candida albicans is a pathogenic yeast, which can lead to unwanted infections. However, Saccharomyces boulardii is a wonderful yeast that helps control pathogenic yeast and promotes overall health.
S. boulardii may help negate gliotoxin, a nasty toxin that candida and mold make to suppress the immune system. (4)
Different strains of microbes perform different jobs. We have selected our specific strains for their demonstrated effectiveness in supporting healthy guts. Strain-specific probiotics (with research showing the conditions they treat) are the future.
You can find two superstar strains in Body Ecology’s GI Distress Relief™:
Why We Choose To Focus on B. lactis BL-04 and B. lactis HN019
Bifidobacteria is plush in your system as an infant if you are breastfed. However, as you age, this essential bacteria diminishes - to almost nothing in the elderly. The lack of this important bacteria can lead to gut dysbiosis. Gut dysbiosis is an imbalance of gut microflora, or microbial community, which leads to illness and inflammation. Simply put, it is when harmful bacteria have overpowered good bacteria in your gut, which can lead to depression, bloating, and other maladies.
When healthy bacterias are often overwhelmed by harmful bacteria due to antibiotics, stress, poor sleep, hygiene, infections, and especially a chemically-laden, processed-food diet, this can negatively impact your immunity.
Bifidobacteria help fight inflammation, protect your gut lining, and maintain a balanced environment. (3) They're essential in helping to ward off infection and may even protect against the development of disease. (3) This is but one reason why probiotics become increasingly important with each passing year. This is also why taking GI Distress Relief™ is so important to your overall health.
As you age, a strain-specific probiotic like GI Distress Relief™ — containing the B. lactis HN019 strain shown to be especially helpful to older people and those with gut infections — can help support both your immune system and your digestive function. (4)
The Journey of Good Health Begins In The Gut
A healthy gut is the root of a healthy life. A healthy gut directly impacts all aspects of your life, including mood, cognition, immunity, digestion, and overall health and well-being. If you want a healthy life, functional medical practitioners know “First, fix the gut.”
Regardless of your health struggles, a healthy gut is key to improving your immune system and finding overall health and wellness. Your gut is your key to good health. When you heal your gut, you are empowered to shift your entire wellbeing and positively impact how well you age.
You have control over what’s happening in your gut! Even when struggling with chronic symptoms and illness, the steps you take to support your gut can lead to overall improvements in your health. Your microbiome is evolving every minute, and can easily be guided to improve. While you may already know that disease begins in your gut, your health also originates there. (5) This is critical to understand. When you help your gut recover, you positively influence your health and your longevity.
Support your gut’s repair with these standout ingredients in GI Distress Relief™:
Bifidus lactis - These two scientifically-supported strains, B. lactis Bl-04® and B. lactis HN019, have a long list of benefits. B. lactis Bl-04® may help improve hay fever, allergies, and immune response while helping to decrease side effects from antibiotics. (6,7) B. lactis HN019 may promote better immunity and bowel elimination while helping to relieve constipation. (8,9)
Saccharomyces boulardii - S. boulardii is one of the few probiotic yeasts that scientists have studied in the context of type 2 diabetes. (10) In animal studies, researchers found that S. boulardii may help minimize liver damage and inflammation. It also safeguards against diarrhea and can break down toxins from pathogenic bacteria, including the anthrax toxin. (11)
Sunfiber - This unique prebiotic (fiber) is essential to our gut-soothing formulation. Tasteless, colorless, water-soluble, and gluten-free, Sunfiber successfully feeds Bifidus. It’s also safe for those who may have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), SIFO (small intestinal fungal overgrowth), IMO (intestinal methanogen overgrowth), and histamine intolerance. (12)
If you have digestive problems, autoimmune issues, mood disorders, and aren’t happy with how you’re aging, or if you find yourself dragging through your day more often than you used to, a strain-specific probiotic like GI Distress Relief™ can help. Of course, you’ll want to remove the cause or causes of your gut dysbiosis — especially inflammatory foods and infections like candida. Then, focus on establishing a healthy microbiome in your small and large intestines.

Maximize Your Food’s Potential to Nourish, Energize, and Heal!
Unable to fully digest your food? Add more wood to the fire.
Assist SI bolsters your digestion by delivering more enzymes to where you need them most—in your small intestine. This is where tiny finger-like villi reach out and seize nutrients, pulling them into your bloodstream.
But if you don’t have enough enzymes to break apart large molecules of food, the villi can’t do their job. And unabsorbed food ferments in the small intestine, creating painful gas and irregular bowel movements.
Assist SI delivers the same enzymes that your pancreas releases into the opening of the small intestine, ensuring your villi have something to grab on to and that you get the nutrition you need.
Suggestions For UseTake 1 - 3 capsules with each meal. Combine with Assist Full Spectrum Enzymes and Assist Dairy & Protein for greater results.
Contains all the enzymes that your small intestine requires
Provides maximum absorption
Breaks down hard-to-digest dairy
May help tone the intestinal wall
May help eliminate bloating and gas
May help bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
Supports regular, healthy bowel movements
Non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free
Want to get more out of your meals? Assist-SI™ is a dietary supplement that maximizes your food’s potential to nourish and energize!
Although your small intestine is something you may not give much thought to, it’s the place where most of the digestion and absorption of your food occurs.
Small Intestine Facts:
Between 13 and 20 feet long (if over 5 yrs of age)
Only about 1-1¼ inch in diameter
Surface area covers the size of a tennis court
Responsible for digesting carbohydrates, fats, and proteins
Lengthens and loses muscle tone due to aging
If your small intestine isn't working, it really doesn't matter what you eat, since you won't be getting the nutrients you need. You're not getting the full value from your food; plain and simple.
For so many of us, this means that our commitment to a healthy diet isn't giving us any of the health and wellness payoffs we were hoping for simply because our small intestine isn't in balance. If the small intestine is not functioning optimally, precious nutrients from your food will leave your body in the form of waste.
Many digestive enzyme products only assist the digestive process as it occurs in the stomach. Because ph and acid levels in the stomach are different than those in the small intestine, these products essentially stop working when they enter the small intestine, where the ph level is much higher. Don't let your food go to waste!
Body Ecology has created a new digestive aid specifically designed to protect and enhance the function of your small intestine. ASSIST SI is a super pancreatic enzyme that turns your small intestine into a digestion powerhouse to quickly absorb proteins, fats, and carbohydrates while detoxifying and toning the small intestine, ensuring nutrient-rich blood and happy, healthy cells.
How do you know if you need Assist SI? You may have common symptoms like:
Abdominal bloating and discomfort an hour or more after a meal
Indigestion
Gas
Undigested food passed into your stool
Intestinal candida overgrowth
Why is it important to take a pancreatin supplement?Healthy intestinal function and a balanced intestinal environment are essential to overall health and resistance to disease. But achieving this can be challenging. The pancreas, a small gland located near the stomach, is responsible for producing digestive enzymes and hormones that regulate blood sugar. Due to diets high in mineral depleted food, cooked food, and sugar and stressful living, the pancreas becomes overtaxed and unable to complete its function.
Assist SI is a pancreatin - a booster blend of naturally occurring pancreatic enzymes. This will provide natural enzymes that your pancreas already produces, which many people are unknowingly deficient in. Taken with food, pancreatin acts as a digestive enzyme. Taken on an empty stomach, it becomes what is known as a SYSTEMIC ENZYME, working throughout your body and affecting every organ.
What Assist SI will do for you
Helps digest vital nutrients in your small intestine
May help support the small intestine
Assists with digestion of milk proteins in dairy foods
Promotes regular bowel function and elimination of toxins
Maintains a healthy balance of intestinal microflora (beneficial bacteria)
Used as an effective systemic enzyme
Assist SI fits perfectly into our full line of digestive enzymes, which work hand-in-hand to create a healthy and robust digestive system:

About:
Developed by William Davis, MD. Author of "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut".
Lactobacillus reuteri supports GI health, bowel function and immune function*
Can be used to make William Davis, MD. Superfood L. reuteri yogurt/cultured dairy.
MyReuteri 10 billion standard dosage is suitable as a daily probiotic or for use to make cultured dairy.
MyReuteri 20 billion is ideal for those seeking a higher-potency dosage, and can also be used to make cultured dairy.
MyReuteri Formulation
Based on the science of the Gut-Skin Axis, doctor-developed MyReuteri is formulated with LRDR L. Reuteri and FOS.
Lactobacillus reuteri LRDR™
Our proprietary LRDR™ strain of Lactobacillus reuteri provides an important microbe that the great majority are missing in their gut. This microbe not only resides in the colon but also the upper GI tract. Daily incorporation of L. reuteri LRDR™ helps you support gut health and gut balance.*
FOS (Fructooligosaccharides)
MyReuteri includes the prebiotic fiber FOS which serves as food for the Lactobacillus reuteri microbes. The FOS in MyReuteri supports L. Reuteri cultured daily fermentation (aka “L. reuteri yogurt”) for home yogurt-making.

MyReuteri FAQs by Oxiceutics
Product Information
What is in MyReuteri?
MyReuteri contains high counts of the important gastrointestinal microbe, Lactobacillus reuteri, that Dr. Davis has been talking about, making yogurt with, and studying in humans and animals. Because L. reuteri, as well as many other bacterial species, is susceptible to common antibiotics, many have lost this microbe and thereby all of its potential benefits. MyReuteri is our way of restoring this important microbe.
Does MyReuteri have to be refrigerated?
While it does not hurt to refrigerate MyReuteri, there is no need to. It is helpful, however, to store in a relatively cool area out of direct sunlight and, of course, with the cap on, as want the microbes to avoid exposure to moisture.
My product arrived hot. Is the probiotic still good?
The probiotic strains in MyReuteri can start to die off around 110°F (43°C). MyReuteri is stored at room temperature. So even if you received the product warm, it is still good.
Should I take MyReuteri with food or without food? And any specific time of day?
MyReuteri can be taken with food or without, as it does not impact significantly on the number of surviving microbes. The only precaution to take is to not consume theprobiotic capsules of MyReuteri while sipping or eating a food that is very hot, e.g.,coffee, tea, hot soups, as the heat can kill the microbes and may reduce potentialbenefits.
Also, the only issue with time of day is that some people feel a little sleepy if taken early in the day. If this happens to you, simply shift the time you take MyReuteri to evening or bedtime.
Why are there such high numbers of microbes in MyReuteri?
Oxiceutics experience has been that, in general, greater numbers of microbes with probiotic properties provide greater effects than smaller numbers. After all, the human gastrointestinal microbiome numbers around 100 trillion. It may reasonably therefore require tens to hundreds of billions to generate meaningful effects. Because of the effort and expense of generating such “dose-response” observations, the understanding of this phenomenon in the microbiome science world is limited. Until we gain a better understanding, we include counts of microbes that we believe yield significant benefits.
Why do we need to add inulin in making MyReuteri yogurt?
Inulin, a prebiotic fiber in common foods, supports Lactobacillus reuteri in lactose digestion. If you have a reaction to inulin yogurt, consult your doctor.
Can I take MyReuteri in combination with other nutritional supplements?
Yes, but with some exceptions. Because MyReuteri is a living microbe, we avoid taking it with anything that has antibiotic effects. This includes any supplement containing iodine, any supplement you may be taking to manage intestinal dysbiosis, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), or fungal overgrowth. This includes supplements such as berberine, curcumin (turmeric), and essential oils taken orally. Other supplements such as vitamin D, fish oil, magnesium and many others are perfectly compatible.
Is it safe to take MyReuteri with other probiotics?
Yes, it is perfectly safe to combine MyReuteri with other probiotics including with Gut to Glow.
I am experiencing some nausea and stomach upset with MyReuteri. What doesthis mean and should I stop taking it?
This is a common experience with any probiotic and is due to antagonistic effects that L.reuteri and other probiotic species introduce against unhealthy microbes in thegastrointestinal tract. One way to deal with this is to reduce the dose, e.g., reduce from two capsules per day to one capsule per day or even one capsule every-other-day. You can also take your dose with food to disperse the bacteria. Should you continue to experience difficulty, consult your doctor but ask specifically about the possibility that you have small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, SIBO, i.e., unhealthy bacterial species that have colonized your stomach and small intestine. When a beneficial microbe such as L. reuteri is introduced, unhealthy bacterial species begin to die and this can yield some unpleasant effects. Your doctor may have additional steps you can take that can help you better tolerate MyReuteri, as well as other probiotics and fermented foods, once this phenomenon is addressed.
Should I anticipate side-effects from taking MyReuteri?
Beyond the nausea, bloating, and diarrhea that can occur when initiating any probiotic, we know of no side effects of supplementing MyReuteri. You may have heard Dr. Davis say that nearly all hunter-gatherer humans and mammals have this microbe–it’s most modern humans that have lost this microbe and thereby its potential benefits. Restoring factors that should have been part of the human experience all along is therefore typically not associated with adverse effects.
Why have modern people lost L. reuteri, the microbial species contained inMyReuteri?
Modern people have been overexposed to antibiotics such as amoxicillin, cefazolin, and gentamicin. L. reuteri, the microbial species contained in MyReuteri, is very susceptible to common antibiotics and has therefore been eradicated from the gastrointestinal microbiomes of most people. There may be other factors that contribute to its disappearance such as herbicide and pesticide residues in food, food additives with antimicrobial properties such as food preservatives and emulsifying (mixing) agents, and various pharmaceuticals. Even German microbiologist, Dr. Gerhard Reuter, who initially discovered this microbe in the breastmilk of a breastfeeding mother in 1962 made the observation over his subsequent 40-year academic career, that it became harder and harder to recover this organism from breastmilk, stool, and other body locations over this time period. More recent analyses have corroborated Dr. Reuter’s observation: L. reuteri has been lost by many people.
Why do you recommend that we not take MyReuteri during pregnancy?
MyReuteri provides the microbe, L. reuteri, at relatively high counts, as does Gut toGlow. While all mammals, including humans, are meant to have this beneficial microbe as part of their gastrointestinal microbiome, we do not know if the high counts provided by these products (or as the yogurt that you ferment from these products) is safe in the setting of pregnancy. Recall that women can be given oxytocin intravenously to provoke uterine contraction at term pregnancy, causing the baby to be delivered. (L. reuteri has been shown in animal studies to increase oxytocin.) We therefore do not know if it is safe to consume higher intakes of L. reuteri in pregnant females.
Can I make “yogurt” with MyReuteri?
Yes, absolutely. You can use the microbes in MyReuteri as a starter for yogurt making. Of course, it is not really yogurt in the conventional sense, but a fermented dairy product that looks and smells like yogurt. In our analyses of the yogurts made from MyReuteri, we obtain approximately 300 billion CFUs (microbial counts) per ½-cup serving. Yogurt made from MyReuteri will be more sour than conventional yogurt because the extended fermentation method we use to achieve high bacterial counts also converts nearly all the lactose to lactic acid, accounting for the acidic or sour flavor. Feel free to add blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and healthy non-caloric sweeteners such as monk fruit, allulose, or stevia to soften the sourness.
Why does the powder in the MyReuteri capsule sometimes appear clumpy and is it still okay?
In some instances, excessive humidity can cause the powder inside the capsule to clump together, however, formulation remains viable and effective. If using to make yogurt, use a spoon to gently break up the powder before mixing. Be sure to keep the bottle tightly closed and keep the desiccant moisture-absorbing pack in the bottle, and store in a cool dry place or refrigerator.
Why choose MyReuteri 10 billion standard dosage?
MyReuteri 10 billion standard dosage is suitable as a daily probiotic or for use to make cultured dairy.
Why do some people prefer MyReuteri 20 billion double-strength?
MyReuteri 20 billion is ideal for those seeking a higher-potency dosage, and can also be used to make cultured dairy.
How does MyReuteri 10 billion compare to other L. reuteri products?
Only MyReuteri is the authentic L. Reuteri by Dr. Davis and designed for use as both an oral probiotic and for use as a starter culture. Because it is made in the USA, MyReuteri avoids the temperature variations and carbon foodprint of ocean shipping.
Is MyReuteri 20 billion a good value?
MyReuteri 20 billion provides 50% additional LRDR L. reuteri for only 25% more cost, an excellent value on a per CFU basis.
Why does MyReuteri include magnesium stearate?
Safe and widely used in supplements, medicines and foods, a small amount of magnesium stearate is included to facilitate consistency in the production process.

Use to make yogurt-like cultured-dairy superfoodOne capsule can be fermented (36 h at ~100 °F with inulin) into a tangy cultured dairy rich in live cultures—following Dr. Davis’s signature “Superfood” process and recipe. Our lab tests show extended fermentation yields very high probiotic counts. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing individuals.
Clean label formula.Made without dairy, artificial colors or flavors, sugar, yeast, wheat, tree nuts, starch, casein, eggs, or peanuts. Vegetarian capsule.

MyReuteri is Oxicuetics way of restoring this important microbe.
Oxiceutics' experience has been that, in general, greater numbers of microbes with probiotic properties provide greater effects than smaller numbers.
Inulin, a prebiotic fibre in common foods, supports Lactobacillus reuteri in lactose digestion.

Surthrival True 6 Hour Colostrum. Third Party Verified True 6 Hour Colostrum - Mother Nature's Most Complete Superfood.
Colostrum is 3X more effective against Swine Flu than Vaccines!
The following information referenced was originally written by Dr. Anthony Kleinsmith.
SurThrivalists! You already knew Colostrum is the most absorbable, most nutrient dense, and complete food in nature, but did you know that Colostrum is 3X more effective against Swine Flu than vaccines? But remember, not all Colostrum is created equal. In fact, nearly all Colostrum on the market is actually nothing more than "transitional milk". True Colostrum must be harvested within 6 hours from the birth of the calf. Our Colostrum is the only independent 3rd party verified true "6 hour" Colostrum.
The following is the summary of a clinical study on the prevention of Influenza with Colostrum compared against Flu Vaccination:
The efficacy of a 2-month treatment with oral Colostrum in the prevention of flu episodes compared with anti-influenza vaccination was evaluated. Groups included healthy subjects without prophylaxis and those receiving both vaccination and Colostrum. After 3 months of follow-up, the number of days with flu was 3 times higher in the non-Colostrum subjects. The Colostrum group had 13 episodes versus 14 in the Colostrum + vaccination group, 41 in the group without prophylaxis, and 57 in nontreated subjects. Part 2 of the study had a similar protocol with 65 very high-risk cardiovascular subjects, all of whom had prophylaxis. The incidence of complications and hospital admission was higher in the group that received only a vaccination compared with the Colostrum groups. Colostrum, both in healthy subjects and high-risk cardiovascular patients, is at least 3 times more effective than vaccination to prevent flu and is very cost-effective.

More about Colostrum....
Colostrum is the "immune milk" produced by all mammals for only the first few hours before and after birth. Supercharged with 97 immune factors and 87 growth factors, Colostrum is nature's "first food". It's adaptogenic properties enhance rejuvination and regeneration while strengthening the immune system, allowing your body to thrive under any circumstance. With potent anti-aging benefits, and broad spectrum probiotics in their whole food forms - Colostrum delivers youth, health, and vitality! This Colostrum is from organically raised cows and only harvested after the newborn calves get their share. This is true 6 hour Colostrum, verified by a 3rd party.
Colostrum is an amazing material that, like many other things in nature, reflects the evolutionary development of a unique composition that will serve the needs of the offspring for which it is intended. The most unique of the Colostrums from mammalian species occurs in bovines, where transfer of biological substances across the placenta to the developing fetus does not occur and everything required for the development of a healthy, productive offspring is provided in the Colostrum. As such, bovine Colostrum provides a specialized resource that offers the broadest possible spectrum of biologically active substances that can promote the development of a sound body mass, assure effective and efficient metabolism and support the activation and maintenance of a fully functional immune system capable of combating potential insults from microorganisms and other deleterious sources. Bovine Colostrum is also compatible with almost any species and can readily convey its full benefits to humans by routine dietary supplementation without any significant adverse effects.

You might be familiar with traditionally cultured beets -- like beet kvass, the probiotic tonic that’s been enjoyed in Russia and Ukraine for centuries. What you may not know is that beets are making a comeback. Especially the fermented variety.
Beets, while delicious and nutritious, have been overlooked in our modern world. But as more research explores and confirms their benefits, expect to see them popping up everywhere, at your favorite restaurant or even on your dinner table. Fermenting solves the sugar problem -- a major concern for many -- neutralizing much of beets’ sugar content with the help of beneficial bacteria that take gut health to the next level.
Here are some of the biggest reasons to love Body Ecology’s BeetBiotic™:
Extra-nutritious. A beet beats a banana when it comes to potassium levels. Beets are also rich in folate, iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc, and vitamins A and C.
Energy-boosting protein. Fermenting naturally breaks down protein into amino acids your body can use. BeetBiotic™ is an easy-to-digest source of vegetarian protein.
Blood pressure balancer. Diets high in certain fruits and vegetables, and beetroot juice, in particular, has been shown to potentially have a balancing effect on blood pressure.3
Heart protective. COPD and heart failure patients supplementing beetroot have seen exercise duration increase.4 The COPD patients also had lower blood pressure.5
Sports drink alternative - As good for your gut as it is convenient, BeetBiotic™ also helps hydrate and improve performance. Beetroot has helped elite cyclists finish faster.6
Better overall health. Probiotics make robust health possible by aiding in digestion and nutrient uptake. They even help produce key vitamins, like B and K, for healing.7
What really makes beets so hard to beat is their exceptional nitrate levels.
Nitrates are natural chemicals your body converts into nitric oxide (NO), which works as a vasodilator. This explains beets’ profound effect on the heart and blood pressure. NO is also a big supporter of detoxification, lung function, and immunity.8,9 Not having enough NO can elevate your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, erectile dysfunction, and diabetes.10-13
BeetBiotic™ has unbeatable benefits. You’ll get more than you bargained for with these ingredients:
Organic beetroot - A reliable source of nitrates that is also alkalizing, i.e., soothing to your body, when fermented.
Organic biodynamic brown rice - A high-protein brown rice made even more nutrient-rich through intuitive, biodynamic farming.
Organic ginger - A spicy root used in ancient China and India for millennia, helping to ease nausea, aches, inflammation, infection, and even asthma.14
Organic fennel seed - A medicinal seed, rich in nitrates and traditionally consumed in India, known to regulate blood pressure, appetite, and digestion.15
Organic maqui berry - A powerful superfruit revered by indigenous Chilean people, offering support for the eyes, heart, gut, blood pressure, and inflammation.16,17
Organic millet - A nutritious, high-protein "grain-like" seed that can help stabilize blood sugar and cholesterol.18
Organic pulses - A high-protein blend of mung beans, chickpeas, and lentils made more bioavailable (and digestible) when fermented.
Organic quinoa - A mineral-rich "grain-like" seed prized for being a complete protein (containing all nine essential amino acids).
Raw and cooked beets are brimming with good-for-you compounds and phytochemicals -- including betacyanin, the oxygen-promoting plant pigment that gives beets their bright-red color.
But fermented beets still can’t be beat, thanks to their low sugar content and potent probiotic profile. The sugar in raw beets can feed the opportunistic yeast candida, producing potentially harmful oxalates that may cause painful kidney stones to form. Fermenting breaks down the sugar in beets, and beneficial L. plantarum bacteria help degrade oxalates.
You don’t have to settle for less. Naturally fermenting beets helps preserve their nutrients and enhance their health benefits. Fermenting even cuts down on levels of antinutrients that can make it harder to absorb critical minerals. Beets cultured with superior probiotic strains like L. plantarum, L. acidophilus, and L. delbreukii are hardy enough to survive the trip through the digestive tract, successfully reaching and recolonizing their destination: your intestines.19
How to use: Aim to drink 2 to 3 ounces per day as a probiotic power shot, to support good gut health and for maintenance. Drink as needed and as desired throughout the day, and get creative: Mix BeetBiotic™ into a smoothie, mocktail or cocktail, mineral water, kefir, or salad dressing for an energy boost or to calm digestive troubles. Or use it to inoculate your next batch of cultured vegetables.

I've been using CREON for nearly four years but it's currently unavailable in the UK. My Doctor can't even prescribe an alternative as these are also out of stock. I was sent a link for the Grassfed Beef Pancreas & I can confirm it's doing a wonderful job! Thank God for this company!! It has allayed my anxiety & I shall be buying it moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend & give 5*.
Ok I love colostrum and the immune tree are brilliant for me ! I spend an awful lot on supplements but I always have my immune tree colostrum and it definitely improves my immune system , I suffer from Addison's ( major and total adrenal insufficiency) I don't produce any of my own cortisol and it's exhausting even with replacing with hydrocortisone as it's a fixed dose three times daily and not my body regulating the dose. However since I began to take colostrum every day I have indeed noticed some increase in stamina and definitely improved immunity. I'd highly recommend this colostrum to any one and everyone wanting that extra boost for the immune system.
