I don't know how Nadine have made this scent, but it's amazing and has many layers. When I smell it, in my mind I see myself standing with my feet buried in mud, surrounded by flowers, plants and animals - somewhere in the deep summer forest ... just sensually enjoying it all and being totally one with nature. Review(s) heavenly flight This "purefume" is lovely. I work a lot with essential oils and Nadine definitely has a gift for blending. There are so many layers in this creation...very beautiful. My issue was with the bottle....you know at little piece that is inside the spray part where it sprays out? well... that part fell out! and it's teeny... I found it the first time but the 2nd time it went mia and the heavenly elixer only came out in a thick stream afterwards :( so...... the bottle went fast and too much came out at a time. Other than that bottle malfunction, the product is amazing. Wow, wow, wow My head is spinning with the lusciousness of this fragrance. Again another flowery and lovely subtle perfume that makes me feel like I'm running, rolling, bathing and sleeping in flowers. I like to spray this also in the bedroom also before I go to sleep, it makes me feel I am in an exotic beachy paradise. I love that all Nadine's scents wear down to be soft, gentle, and sensual. They also blend right into the skin and warm up over the course of the day or night. This is truly beautiful. Smells like pink This is a really lovely perfume. I think Nadine has a real knack for blending, No particular element is dominant, all the oils come together to create an amazing synergy which smells like nothing else, it's soft and floral, really delicate and uplifting. Maybe its the combo of both Best Skin Ever Frankincense and Cell Serum I’m not sure which but I’ve had a small red spot on my nose that never seemed to go away and now its appeared to have almost disappeared! I like to exfoliate my face with baking soda then apply this serum. It softens lines and plumps my skin. The Cinnamon gives a pop and a tingle to my face, a great wake up in the morning! I also like to apply this after a day outside in the sun, it gives my skin a drink and instantly makes sun kissed skin seem less thirsty. The serum goes on dry and does not leave an oily touch. Feels very nutritional. The best ever! Glowing Happy Skin! The cell serum has really impressed me! I am 24 and have been converting to only natural and safe products on my skin for the past 5 years. Review(s) Great daily sunscreen For me, I like to wear a sunscreen daily on my face, neck and chest. But finding one with the right texture has been tough. This sunscreen is exactly what I have been looking for! Now, I do notice that my face looks slightly paler after I apply it, but it is not at all what I would describe as "chalky". Another positive is that I have found I can wear this on its own without applying any other moisturizer under it. Also, this is NOT greasy and has not caused any increase in clogged pores. Absorbs quickly. I have applied make up over top with no problems at all. The texture and smell are all really pleasant as well. Has kind of a creamy, slightly sweet smell. again perfection This is the perfect product for summer! I tested this last weekend and I got the perfect amount of healthy sun exposure, didn't burn, and it stayed put despite sweating and swimming! Plus I love that it has nourishing ingredients. I have always regretted that I went to lengths to put natural products on my body and then put a chemical sunscreen or synthetic sunblock ontop. Most were ineffective, waxy, and questionably safe. OK I must add I am a pale/ no pigment coppery/red blonde Western European girl who lives on a tropical, Caribbean island. So I am still going to wear a sunhat and wear additional mineral powder and protective clothing, but I guess this could be an interesting test! WISH ME LUCK! Shall my face remain freckle-free? Test 1: SUCCESSFUL! I am reporting back after my first test. I am in the tropics and I am a pale, coppery/blonde Western European female. No pigment in my skin. I have been asked if I am an albino (which I am not). Recently, I have decided not to use artificial spray-tans anymore and to just try and get some more color from the sun. Who needs the parabens and chemicals? After watching a video with Nadine talking beautifully about how the sun communicates with our skin, I felt ready and inspired to give it a go. My skin is not used to the sun. Sooo I went to the beach with a friend yesterday morning!! So far, this sunscreen is proving to really work! This is the first time I actually sunbathed on this tropical island and I only used the sunscreen on certain parts of my body. I did not think I would immediately burn the untreated parts (or got distracted and mesmerized by the beauty of the Caribbean ocean and decided not to worry about it), but I still wanted to protection on my knees and feet. The reason I did not apply the sunscreen on my whole body is cause the bottle is a little small and I need the sunscreen for an all-day outdoor event this weekend! So I did not want to use it all and therefore did not protect all of my body this time! I did not use sunscreen on my legs and I did not think I was in the sun for very long. Sure enough, in the evening, the parts that I had forgotton to apply sunscreen to are BRIGHT RED and stinging from a sunburn and the spots where I applied the sunscreen are still normal! Yes, I have bright red, fried lobster colored legs with white knees and feet! LOL! My friend is laughing so hard cause she used commercial sunscreen and forgot her feet, so her feet got a sunburn. So her feet match my legs and mine match hers! We both look silly! She has red feet and I have red legs with white feet. All the places where I put the 'Everybody loves the Sunshine' sunscreen are still normal!! Amazing! I wore a sunhat and also used a special sun parasol for my upper body. So my upper body is hardly affected by the sun. Luckily, Aloe Vera grows here naturally, so I am treating my sun burnt areas with that. Ouchee! It hurts like hell! I am applying fresh Aloe gel and juice from leaves 3 times a day and my skin just soaks it up! So... I know my lobster areas will be ok. As far as the SPF. You can apply it thicker or thinner, so it's up to you. It smells great, feels smooth and applies easily and evenly. The best ever. If this pale girl is protected on a tropical island on a day with clear sky (we only had a palm tree giving us some shade)... basically this sunscreen will work for everybody. Albino's included. Just make sure you apply it well and don't overdo the sun exposure! Don't forget any spots! Since this is a physical, zinc-based block, you will look a little pale from it (with a generous application). But that can be easily fixed by adding a layer of mineral pigment make-up. So for my face, I just use this sunscreen as a moisturizer and primer to wear underneath my mineral make-up. Works beautifully! I can't afford not to wear sunscreen, so I HAVE to wear some pigmented natural powder over it, if I don't want to look like a ghost. For my body, I don't mind that so much and I apply it less thickly. I have tried several natural, zinc-based sunscreens and this one is BY FAR the best ever!! I am so pleased! It smells GREAT! I'm gonna want a gallon! best sunscreen ever I bought it at the Big carrot and i found it to be the best sunscreen ever. i'm Asian and have light skin that burn easily. I went away on Canada Day long weekend to montreal where the sun was scorching hot. I applied it to my face, neck and shoulders and i didn't get burnt or turn red. So the next day , I decided to conduct a test by applying it only on my face/neck and leave my shoulders exposed with the drugstore sunscreen. Well what a surprised- the skin that didn't have the living Libation suncreen on it got red and burnt while my face+ neck was not affected. Wow, this stuff is the greatest. Your little bottle comes and the first test run was 3 days in Joshua Tree with 100 degree heat and unrelenting sunshine. I was very sceptical to say the least. I told my husband, I will be the quinea pig, you use sunscreen in case it doesn't work. I applied it religiously, and only burned if I missed a spot. This is the Rolls Royce of Rose Waters "This product is really so different compared to your average rose water. Truly really this is your Rolls Royce of Rose Waters. The smell is not the same as your typical rose water, it is similar but smells a little richer and not as artificial. I purchased the Giant Bottle as I like to spray this on my 2 year old boy when it is hot, before bedtime we play a little game, he lies down and he closes his eyes and I spray it all over him... The mist just floats on to his skin and he loves it. But this product is really great as a toner and cleans off any left over makeup left on the skin after cleansing, especially in the hairline and jaw line area. 1.) I use the Living Libations Jojoba oil to remove my eye makeup. I just put five drops in my palms and use my fingertips to gently massage the Jojoba on my eye area than wipe off with a cotton pad. 2.) I then use Best Skin Ever to remove my makeup on my face, I like to pump 1 squirt into my palm and massage on my face first, I wipe off with a damp facial cloth, then I like to do the method that Nadine recommends by squirting 1 to 2 pumps into the damp cloth and clean the face. 3.) THE ROSE WATER...... I spray my face with the rose water, just enough to wet my face (maybe 2 pumps) I wipe off with a cotton pad, this will take off that little bit of makeup and excess oil left over from the Best Skin Ever. Then finally I do 1 last spray and pat into my skin until dry. I found that the Best Skin Ever was leaving too much oil on my face, but I didn't want to rinse with water because I didn't want to wash off the goodness of the Best Skin Ever. Using the Rose Water as a toner has balanced my skin after cleansing with Best Skin Ever. It feels really...... hmmm, soft to the touch and silky. And for me this is the best way to prepare your skin for your moisturiser. I wish Nadine would make a nail treatment oil to go along with this, so we could have two Living Libation hand + nail products to love :) So good on my face!
