Laurel Leaf – Laurus nobilis:
Lovely Laurel is revered for its ability to vivify the psychic mind. This invigorating herb increases perception and fosters elevated states of clarity and peace. In Ancient Greece, many wreaths were made with laurel’s wither-free leaves and poets, philosophers, victors, emperors and athletes were crowned with laurel. At the Temple of Delphi, priestesses chewed and incensed laurel leaves in the evening to increase intuitive insight, induce dreams of divination, and receive clairvoyant contributions to the Delphic Oracle. This divine distillation is your ally in resurrecting relaxed respiration, mindful meditation, invigorating infinite intelligence, and diving deep into dreamland.
Frankincense – Boswellia carterii:
The quintessential essence for cultivating reverence is frankincense. Liquid pearls from the tree of life, frankincense is distilled from the resinous sap of the tree. Chamomile – Anthemis nobilis:
Chamomile essential oil has a sweet, ethereal, mildly herbaceous-hay scent reminiscent of a ripe apple dancing upon a summer breeze. This essence is rich in easing esters, making it the gentlest go-to oil to serenely enter into higher states of being. Comforting chamomile graces us with its honey-floral, hypnotic-fruit-scented powers of sedation, pacifying apprehension, softening tension, and nestling nerves.
Spikenard – Nardostachys jatamansi:
Spikenard smells of earth and antiquity; it is comprised of thousands of years of soothing history, spiritual inspiration, and restorative potency. This aromatic root is the epitome of natural luxury. It was spikenard, after all, that was mentioned in the Song of Solomon and used by Mary Magdalene to anoint the feet of Christ, and it was that same ointment that caused Judas to balk at Mary’s extravagance as spikenard was more valued than gold. This deeply reassuring root essence relaxes resistance and expands receptive states.
Piñon Pine Cone – Pinus monophylla:
Our precious Piñon essence is steam distilled from the tree’s cones. Like our classic pine oil, pinion oil contains invigorating and purifying properties. The difference between the two lies in pinion’s unique depth and warmth.

Transcendent Soul Medicine
This beautiful blend truly feels like a gift to my body and soul. I have been using it in my salt pipe inhaler mostly, but it is truly a transcendent experience sniffed straight from the bottle or in a sauna. I feel more centered and grounded especially when I use it in the morning or before bed. This is helpful for a highly-sensitive and empathic individual such as myself. It certainly does bring vivid dreaming in both the waking and sleeping realms. I find myself feeling more connected to my body + soul and also feeling more uplifted and inspired. This blend also smells amazing, sacred and forest fresh. Just so dreamy and lovely! I am sad to say that just after a little over a month, my bottle is nearly gone. I would definitely repurchase in the future.

Deep Sleep with Vivid Dreams
As a night shift nurse, I have trouble with my sleep-wake pattern. Most times I try to sleep during the daytime to work at night, my sleep would get interrupted by either noise, or I would somehow wake myself up in the afternoon and therefore cannot go back to sleep. I purchased this on a whim thinking I could use it for some yoga.
I put this in my diffuser along with the Bedtime Blend, Immune Illume, and Feel Good Today oils. I also put some drops of the Sweet Sleep oil to my satin linens, pillow, and lambchop plushie. It actually worked! I had one of the best sleeps ever since starting as a night shift nurse! I also had really vivid dreams. Will update later on to see if this is a constant thing.
