Now to answer the question: Why did we use Magnesium Oxide in our product? What folks don't understand that Dr. Wong has taught in his shows is that the elemental magnesium in all chelated mag products is magnesium oxide! All chelated minerals are a blend of the mineral source and the chelating agent. The chelating agent is always cheaper than the mineral source so they put in a lot of that and little mineral.
